Pulse Survey: Immigration into Germany

The world of Global Mobility is quickly recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic, and Germany is no exception. The international battle to attract the best and the brightest, regardless of where they may currently be located, is once again heating up. On June 23rd 2023, German parliament passed a long-awaited legislation to reform the Skilled Immigration Act. Prior to the upcoming changes, AIRINC and Sterling Lexicon had run a joint pulse survey. The aim was to find out what companies dealing with immigration challenges thought about current procedures and upcoming changes. The results are insightful and show Germany is definitely not too early in wanting to make changes.
