Jeff Hawk

President and Chief Executive Officer
Jeff joined AIRINC in 1992 as a Client Service Manager for clients in the consumer goods, energy and financial services industries. He has spent 20 years in Client Services helping design customized data systems to support client requirements. Jeff was Managing Director of AIRINC Europe S.A. in Brussels, Belgium, from 2005 to 2010 where he led a U.S.- and European-based Client Services group specializing in managing European-headquartered companies. He has travelled to more than fifty countries and has appeared as a speaker before various seminars and conferences, presenting in English and French. Upon his return from Brussels, Jeff was instrumental in driving the newly-established Analysis & Delivery (A&D) unit which has helped AIRINC streamline data analysis support and delivery. Beginning in 2013, Jeff led AIRINC’s Data and Analysis group which includes all data collection, analysis, and delivery. In 2018 Jeff assumed responsibility for the North America region where he greatly expanded AIRINC’s client base while maintaining AIRINC’s signature service levels. Jeff received his B.S. in Accounting and B.A. in French from the University of Utah, and his M.B.A. from Bentley University.

Lisa joined AIRINC in 2018, having spent her professional career in financial roles at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Pearson Education and Harvard University.  She earned a BS in Accounting from Boston College and an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College.

Laura is responsible for AIRINC’s global IT function, including both infrastructure and all technology solutions development. Laura joined AIRINC in 1989 as an Account Analyst for clients in the Petroleum and Business Consulting industries and was quickly promoted to Account Manager, assuming responsibility for a variety of important accounts. Laura came to AIRINC with prior technology experience and transitioned to working on technology solutions development in 1997, putting her 20+ years’ experience in Global Mobility consulting to effective use. She now heads up the Technology Solutions area of the company, with a focus on solving clients’ data flow and decision-making needs through thoughtfully designed software tools and web services. Laura received her B.S. in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of New Hampshire in 1987.

Morgan Crosby

Morgan is passionate about helping clients. She shares her experiences, bringing possibilities to life. She excels at deeply understanding each client’s unique needs, implementing practical solutions that increase the success of mobility programs.

Morgan leverages her experiences advising clients to help AIRINC grow and to better serve all clients. Responsible for the strategic intersection of marketing, business development, and product development, she ensures AIRINC’s solutions meet clients’ needs today and in the future. Her role includes developing AIRINC’s thought leadership, leading the global advisory function, and setting AIRINC’s global growth strategy.

As a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of global mobility experience, she has supported companies across all industries. Morgan is a frequent speaker and published author on global mobility issues, including innovation, international compensation, and leading practice trends. She recently created an In-Talent Group whose purpose is to inspire talent innovation amongst forward-thinking mobility professionals. Morgan holds a master’s degree in International Relations from Boston University, and she is based at AIRINC’s headquarters office in Cambridge, MA.
