AIRINC will facilitate the roundtable focused on how to build strategic value by selling mobility services internally. This will be an interactive session with group discussions, breakouts, and case studies. Attendees will come away with insights on:
- How we can solve real talent needs with mobility rather than struggling to hire talent externally
- The resources & program functions required to operate mobility like a business, with lessons from key business functions like marketing, sales, finance and operations
- Ideas on how to grow our offerings and promote mobility
