Description

Responsible for engaging clients, acting as their trusted advisor, supporting and selling our products and services. Leverages knowledge about global mobility to help solve client challenges.

AIRINC is the world’s leading global mobility consultancy. We help clients find the optimal way to pay and to support employees embarking on international assignments. AIRINC is growing and we are looking for Client Engagement Representative to work with our Fortune 500 clients with their global mobility needs. We are seeking candidates who are proactive and passionate about AIRINC and our clients. Our Client Engagement staff build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their clients, and are always striving to find solutions and products which best fit their clients’ individual needs.

To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and enjoy working with a diverse group of clients. They are resourceful, adaptable and have a keen ability to build rapport with their clients and offer proactive solutions. Organizational skills, analytical capabilities, and ability to explain complex concepts will add to the success of the candidate.

Client Engagement Responsibilities

  • Communicating with clients to help them navigate their global mobility needs in an ever changing environment
  • Building relationships with clients; Becoming their trusted advisor
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs and fulfillment
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of AIRINC products and services
  • Capacity to understand expatriate compensation policies & practices
  • Ability to understand and explain analytical concepts such as exchange rates, inflation, and income tax
  • Identifying industry trends
  • Acting as client advocate

Client Engagement Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Prior international travel and/or experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong presenter and client engager
  • Well organized and high attention to detail
  • Adaptability and strong problem solving and technical skills

Cost-Of-Living Surveyor

Survey Manager, North America

Description

The surveyor position requires quarterly travel of approximately 4-6 weeks at a time. Most trips are international, although there may be domestic assignments as well. Surveyors collect cost of living data on site as well as by phone and internet. Prices are collected from retail outlets that represent expatriates’ spending preferences. The position also involves conducting interviews with real estate agents and collecting utility rates to assess the housing market for each location assigned. At times, surveyors may be required to meet with clients and potentially expatriates and/or expatriate spouses while on location.

Upon returning from survey, the surveyor is responsible for conducting both quantitative and qualitative analysis of both goods & services and housing data collected during the survey and answering additional questions as needed from Data Department staff.

Other responsibilities include researching pattern of living questionnaires and participating in other research projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required with 1 – 2 years previous work experience preferred
  • Fluency in a foreign language is strongly preferred, especially French or Portuguese
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Must have strong communication and quantitative skills
  • Previous travel experience is preferred
  • Ideal candidate is a problem solver, is organized, and enjoys working with numbers
