Our restructured training program consists of a two-module format: The first-day session will focus on the fundamentals of expatriate compensation and the second day will cover more advanced material, addressing best practices in policy design & strategy.
International human resources professionals (or the equivalent) can register to attend both sessions or one of the individual modules.

The Fundamentals module explores the principles of expatriate compensation. Particular emphasis will be placed on providing the attendee with the practical knowledge required to respond to typical inquiries from expatriates and local human resources managers.
New Features:
- Case study approach –
attendees can apply concepts to hypothetical expatriate family
situations
