Communications Plan
Changes to a mobility program often involve many constituencies, including business and HR leaders, regional HR and host business units, and assignees and their families. Often, changes are complex and require explanations that are detailed enough to explain the complexities, yet simple enough to be understood by those not well-versed in expatriate compensation. The timing of communications is also important. If changes are implemented for portions of assignee populations at different times, the resulting confusion may cause ill will and imperil the successful implementation of the program.
AIRINC can help you develop effective communications for all stakeholders.
