Steve joined in late 2008 to help implement a new vision and growth strategy for AIRINC through optimizing product development, streamlining processes throughout the organization, and enhancing the sales and marketing function. Prior to joining AIRINC, Steve was the Global Leader and Worldwide Partner at Mercer responsible for its Information and Software businesses. As part of his global leadership role, he was based in Geneva, Switzerland, and has significant work experience in all regions of the globe. He is a frequent speaker on international HR issues and trends. Prior to his fourteen years at Mercer, he served as an Operations Manager at Towers Perrin, with a focus on HR software tools and global job evaluation systems. Steve has been teaching the Quantitative Analysis course at the WorldatWork organization since 1990. Steve has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.S. in Economics from the University of North Texas.

Vice President, Client Programs Development at AIRINC
Tom joined AIRINC in 1985 as an Account Representative for clients in the High Tech and Financial Services industries. He later became a Senior Consultant, designing and maintaining expatriate compensation programs for clients from several industry groups. His primary emphasis has been on developing new data services and configurations to meet the needs of existing and potential clients with extremely large expatriate populations. Tom’s work and research in the field of international cost-of-living differences have taken him to countries around the world, and he has appeared as a speaker or panelist at the conferences of several international Human Resources organizations, including MCE in Brussels, the Expat Technology Forum, The Expatriation Network of Belgium, and CINDEX in Paris, France. Tom has a B.A. in Economics from Boston College.
John P. Senko
Vice President at AIRINC, responsible for Client Services and Administration
Since joining AIRINC in 1979, John has concentrated on research and consulting to major international firms and international organizations, with a focus on those in financial services, high technology, and the public sector. John’s primary emphasis has been on designing customized data systems to support client requirements. His work and research in the field of international cost-of-living differences has taken him to over seventy countries, and he has appeared as a speaker at numerous conferences. He has written widely on international living costs and living conditions, including articles for International Benefits and Compensation, Management Review, and Mobility Magazine.
Vice President of Data and Analysis at AIRINC
Jeff joined AIRINC in 1992 working as a Client Service Manager for clients in the consumer goods, energy and financial services industries. He has spent 20 years in Client Services helping design customized data systems to support client requirements. Jeff was Managing Director of AIRINC Europe S.A. in Brussels, Belgium, from 2005 to 2010 where he led a US and European based Client Services group specializing in managing European-headquartered companies. He has travelled to more than forty countries and has appeared as a speaker before various seminars and conferences, presenting in English and French. Upon his return from Brussels, Jeff was instrumental in driving the newly-established Analysis & Delivery (A&D) unit which has helped AIRINC streamline data analysis support and delivery. Since January 2013, Jeff leads AIRINC’s Data and Analysis group which includes all data collection, analysis and delivery. Jeff received his B.S. in Accounting and B.A. in French from the University of Utah in 1991, and his M.B.A. from Bentley University in 1992.
Vice President of Technology Solutions at AIRINC
Laura joined AIRINC in 1989 as an Account Analyst for clients in the Petroleum and Business Consulting industries. In 1993 Laura was promoted to Account Manager and spent several years in this role, assuming responsibility for a variety of important accounts. Laura began working on technology solutions development in 1997 and has been working in this field ever since, putting her 20+ years’ experience in Global Mobility consulting to effective use. She now heads up the Technology Solutions area of the company, with a focus on solving clients’ data flow and decision making needs through thoughtfully designed software tools. Laura received her B.S. in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of New Hampshire in 1987.
